*New Life + New Hand Set*

Well.. Blogging at workplace again. 30 more mins to off work, and there was no calls from 6pm till now. Precisely no one will call us after 6pm, so what are we doing here? *Sign* still haven't get over it.

Recently just went to enroll for my course on next year March. Will be taking the Bachelor of Information and Communications Technology(Logistics) from University of South Australia.
Start from next year March to June 2008, I'll be damn bloody busy. But still, if you guys are going out, pls inform me as I still need to have my life with you.. Heeeeheeee...

Oya.. I just brought a mobile phone and sign up contract with S*ngt*l Mobile. I have change my mobile number anyway. Will sms you guys soon.


This remind me of a damn bloody issue recently I have with M* Mobile.
The story start like this..... One fine day, I received a phone call from M* Mobile's agent that I ( my dad) have a $100 handset voucher because I( my dad) have been a customer with them for more then 5 years. How great to hear that as I am intending to change hand set. But before I can use this voucher, I have to wait for my contract to end 1st which will be 2 weeks later at that time. Wait Wait Wait~~~ Finally, I called up M* Mobile to check with them what is the procedure to follow as this number is under my dad's name. I wanted to change ownsership but I can't, because I will not be able to use the voucher once the ownership is transferred. Ok fine. So I asked them, if I brought my dad's IC and a authorise letter , will it works? And my answer is NO. My dad need to go down to any of the M* shop to sign the contract and use the voucher. Alright alight~~ I am piss. After the converstion, I receive a sms to grade for their service. Guess what? Of cos I grade them POOR~~~

Few days later, I received a call their marketing agent, asking me what had happened to the previous conversation with the agent. So I tell him the whole story lahh and he guild me another alternative way is to do online purchase. When they delivery the handset to my house, I just need my dad to be around and sign. Alright, it sounds better. So I tried to do it at night, "Bloody Hell" the freaking website was down. I call up their hotline again and I was told to write a remarks to them and on the next working day, there will be someone calling me.

Precisely, no one called me. PisS~~~

That night, my dad says why not we just go down to one of the M* shop to purchase and there we go happily. Guess what!!! M* shop people says that I must have a phyiscal voucher or else I cant use it. Bloody~~ I call them up again. This time round the stupid agent die die want to speak to my dad before she can review any things to me. So I pass the phone to my dad and the agent say the informations from my dad was wrong. In that case, she cant verify also.
WTF
So who is the owner? Ghost ahhh? Piss~~~ I repeat all the information of my dad to her again then she finally get satisfied. Actually I called up is to request for the voucher to mail to me. End up the answer I have is the voucher was already expired.

So who to blame? No information from them when is the expiring date for the voucher and they did not mail the voucher to me. In the 1st place, if there is any voucher, they should have mail to me. Trying to save that few cent? WTF

I just simply hope that S*ngt*l Mobile willl be much much better then them.
